About Me

Hey, I’m Kokota,

A self-taught web designer who’s been building and experimenting with websites since high school. What started as me messing around with pages and colour palettes for fun slowly grew into a genuine passion for creating things that feel right — clean, simple, and built to last.

Over the years I’ve worked in all kinds of hands-on roles, from a lighting engineer at a music academy in London, to running my own mobile mechanic business in the UK. I’ve always been drawn to projects where I can create something real, where there’s a mix of creativity, precision, and problem-solving involved.

Now I’m based in Christchurch, New Zealand, doing what I love full-time: helping small, local businesses bring their online presence to life.
I don’t work like an agency. I work like a person. Someone you can meet, message, or call directly. When we build your site, you’re not talking to an account manager or waiting weeks for updates, you’re working with me, start to finish.

My approach is simple:

Make websites that are beautiful, fast, and effortless to update, but built with real care, the way good craftsmanship should be.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about having a website.

It’s about having something that actually represents you.
